Refund/ Exchange Policy

At PurfectPaws.au, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with every product you have purchased, and we take great pride in ensuring we provide only the highest quality products.

Refunds are offered on all orders received back to our warehouse within 14 day business days of your delivery date.

Store Credits & Exchanges are offered on all orders received back to our warehouse within 30 days of your delivery date.

Returned items must be unused, clean, and in the same condition they were received, and returned in the original packaging with all original tags and labels.

For all return requests please contact purfectpaws.au@gmail.com and include the following information: 

• Order number 
• Order name
• Item/s that you wish to return 
• Reason for return
